Concord Grape Jelly #2

Here is the quick and dirty pics of the jelly making process.

Clean up the jelly jars.



Here's another shot of the juicer in action.


Here I'm cooking up the juice with sugar.


Here's my big brew kettle full of 200+ degree water for processing.

 Once the gelatin is added and done I fill the jars and process
them in the brew kettle. I pour boiling water over them after they
are all in the kettle to keep the temperature up.

Done processing, remove for cooling.

Here they'll cool and off to the basement pantry.
